All good except payment terms even after booking a no prepayment required, they ask payment which is frustrating.. having said so … rooms are good and clean , food is good and they arranged boat ride

Rooms are good Food were delicious Except owner Sonam, all were good

Owner Sonam has a huge attitude, we reserved and the owner asked for a payment upfront which we didn't pay till we arrived.. they ignored us like we reached at 11am .. they gave rooms to all the other guests lastly after 3 hours they gave rooms to us.. as they give priority to paid guest which I didn't understood.. So a tip to Sonam please don't have this attitude, you have a wonderful hotel and staff .. don't get negative points just because of your attitude

L'hotel mi è piaciuto, i servizi sono ottimi... La struttura si trova sulle rive del Gange. La sessione di yoga mattutina è stata un'iniziativa apprezzabile e ben riuscita... abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di un'altra notte.

Non avevamo versato un anticipo, quindi al nostro arrivo non c'erano camere disponibili... Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 3 ore. Il proprietario ci ha spiegato che, in assenza di pagamento, non confermano le camere; sebbene Booking.com indichi che non è richiesto alcun pagamento, il proprietario sostiene che molte persone non cancellano la prenotazione e poi non si presentano, causando loro una perdita economica. Tuttavia, questa politica crea grossi disagi agli ospiti seri come noi. Abbiamo tolto 2 punti per questo motivo, ma per il resto è andato tutto bene.

Travelling all the way from the UK, we approached our adventure with a blend of excitement and uncertainty, yet this remarkable property immediately enveloped us in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. Words simply fail to capture the sheer majesty of the view—waking each morning to the sweeping, uninterrupted expanse of the Ganges right outside our window felt entirely surreal. Standing together with our morning tea, completely mesmerized as the golden sunrise washed over the sacred river, established a profound sense of tranquility that resonated throughout our entire day. The accommodations themselves were impeccably curated, beautifully appointed, spacious, and provided an absolute sanctuary of comfort after long hours of discovery. ​Yet, what truly distinguished this experience was the extraordinary grace of the people. Embarking on a voyage halfway across the world can occasionally prove daunting, but the team welcomed us with a level of hospitality that felt profoundly personal and sincere. Sonam was exceptional, going completely above and beyond to acquaint us with the intricacies of the local culture, offering brilliant recommendations, and ensuring our comfort was perpetually prioritized. His genuine dedication to his guests defines true hospitality. Similarly, Sundar was an absolute delight; no request was ever too minor or too complex for his attentive care. Whether managing our luggage with effortless efficiency or attending to our daily needs with a radiant smile, his gracious demeanor added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. ​For anyone deliberating over accommodations, particularly when journeying from afar, House of Ganga is an undisputed masterclass in hospitality. It occupies that rare, coveted position close enough to the vibrant energy of the ghats while retaining a deeply serene and private ambiance.

Only issue, we need to pay upfront .. but again it was worth.. the only hotel we found which looked exactly like photos...
