Es riecht überall ungewöhnlich gut, entspannte Atmosphäre, sehr bequeme Betten, schönes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Rollläden, ausreichendes WLAN, für den Preis unschlagbares Frühstück (Buffet mit Spiegeleiern, Palatschinken, Obst, Gemüse und guten Käsesorten, sehr guter Kaffee aus Siebträgermaschine)
Die Parkgarage ist niedrig, relativ klein und die Abfahrt für Passat/5er leider ein Frontlippenkiller (auch mit Standardfahrwerk). Chronischer WD40-Mangel - jede Türklinke und jedes Scharnier quietscht, dazu scheint Schalldämmung/Entkoppelung völlig zu fehlen, hellhörig zum Gang und den anderen Stockwerken - die Schlafqualität hängt also von den Mitbewohnern ab.
