We loved the location, especially its proximity to the beach, the peaceful surroundings, and the comfortable accommodation. It is also relatively close to the city, where you can find plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, snack bars, and restaurants. The highway is only 5–10 minutes away, making it easy to visit the city of Pescara and the surrounding area. We were delighted with the beach, which was not crowded at all. It is a nudist beach, but you can also go there clothed and simply enjoy the sea and the sunshine. The property also has a huge parking area and plenty of open space for outdoor activities, such as playing ball.

Maybe there should be more kitchen pans and utensils. If you plan to cook a lot, we recommend bringing your own cookware and other kitchen accessories.

Casa funzionale e moderna dotata davvero di tutto e con tanto spazio esterno, ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la posizione silenziosa, ventilata e proprio di fronte ad una spiaggia libera carina e poco frequentata. Spostandosi con la macchina poi si raggiungono in pochi minuti sia il centro che la riserva di Torre del Cerrano, per chi ama la bici,invece, proprio davanti a casa passa una bellissima pista ciclabile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Unica piccola nota dolente avrei preferito la tv in camera per poterla guardare più comodamente.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione della casa, lontana dal caos per un relax mentale totale.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è che fosse immersa nel verde e a pochi passi dal mare!
