The location was good as it was a five minute walk from a T station. Parking is always a bonus in Boston. The place was very clean with a well appointed bathroom. The host has done an excellent job with the property with a communal kitchen and living area.
Needs to cut the bushes on the stairs leading to the street. This is a minor issue and should not distract from the property itself. I hope to stay there in the future.

The space was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station and the on-site parking was very convenient.
I was not expecting the space to be a room in a shared unit (maybe I missed it in the listing) but nobody else was staying at the time that we stayed so it was very quiet.
