The room and bathroom were very new and comfortable and the staff is very kind. Sana is super sweet and helpful. She solved a booking issue that I had in the beginning, replied to all my messages and needs at all times and even gave me some breakfast the last morning as I missed the last opened supermarket the previous night. Highly recommended!

Gostei muito de hospedar me no castelo sereno, atendimento de primeira 👌🏽 casa Linda , de muito Bom gosto👌🏽, foi uma experiencia muito boa , conforto,nota 10 👌🏽 atendimento excelente, tudo muito limpo, pessoas simpacticas, 👌🏽 localizaçao prevelegiada, 👌🏽 super recommendo !
