The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's very close to Tottenham Hale Underground station, the coach station, and a retail park, making it easy to get around and access shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues during our stay. One of the bedrooms faces the main road and was quite noisy, especially at night. The main problem was the bed, which felt flimsy and had mattress support slats coming loose from the frame. After reporting this, the response from the host suggested parts of the bed had previously been secured with tape, While I appreciate the acknowledgement and apology, I was disappointed that a bed requiring taped repairs was considered suitable for guests.A futon was offered as an alternative, but this is not what guests would expect when booking accommodation. Communication was also slower than expected, and while the host apologised and attempted to inspect the issue, the overall response did not fully address our concerns.
