The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated all our wishes for the extra tours. The camp is not located on the actual Wadi Rum nature reserve, but it is a nice isolated location with view of a little mountain, far from roads. You definitely need a 4x4 to get there.
Arriving was a bit confusing because we were asked to meet in a small side street, instead of the more common request of meeting at the Wadi Rum visitor center. Breakfast was very simple.
