The price is reasonable and the location is good. The house manager, Tomoko, keeps everything clean. The guests tend to be lively, but I think that's one of the advantages.
There have been instances where the toilet was broken or only hot water came out of the tap, but I hope they will be fixed.

Property was ideal for its proximity to major city sites and its proximity to Sunset blvd and Normandie, major transportation transit thoroughfares. The property is clean and maintained by Tomoko, a very professional considerate and valuable asset to this establishment. She keeps a tight ship but is very approachable, sweet and extremely kind.
Everything was great inside. It took a little adjustment to the neighborhood and urban environment but all in all if your looking for a place with urban appeal and a tribe or community to be part of while traveling or in transit here is a place for you.

1515 Winona blvd. This stay was wonderful. I stayed an extra week and it was a fantastic time. The house manager was very kind and I really felt comfortable.
