Location is central and easy access to everything, there is elevator which was helpful in our case with our 6 months baby. Agency managing the apartment so Great! So helpful and reactive ! They did their best to help us .. but you can’t do much when apartment is so old and not renovated…

Apartment is very old, kitchen is in poor state and was not renovated since ever. Bathroom is very old, there are pieces of paint hanging from the walls.. overall apartment was not clean when we arrived, but supplement cleaning was organized. There is no closet in the apartment , only weird organization in the water ballon space. Come on, for this price basic renovations can be done!! Appliances are old, everything is disorganized, no even normal knife to cut things.. it looks like owner left over all old staff they didn’t need for the rental property.. bed sheets are poorly and cheap quality…even for French standards this apartment is not nice for rental for this price
