I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very comfortable, with a lovely view from my balcony. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay and genuinely made me feel looked after. In particular, Hefny was amazing — he was extremely welcoming, helpful and always went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The level of hospitality was excellent, and I really appreciated how the staff would check in to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything.
Honestly, I have very little to complain about. Everything was clean, well maintained and comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

Unfriendly staff saying weird things
Breakfast is ok but not enough
No place to eat breakfast except your room but remember if you family or friends you can’t have breakfast together but you must go to the 10th floor to eat there.
Overpriced for the value provided
