1. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The water supply was good, the fan was working properly, and the AC was also functioning well.
2. The location of the hotel was decent and convenient.

1. The behaviour of the staff was very disappointing and rude. When we asked for water at night, they responded in an impolite manner and did not speak to us properly.
2. The checkout experience was also frustrating. Even though the checkout timing was around 10:00 to 10:30 AM, the staff started disturbing us right at 10:00 AM by repeatedly shouting and asking us to check out.
3. The hotel facilities were good, but the staff's behaviour seriously affected our overall experience. The management should definitely work on improving the way their staff communicates with and treats guests
