I was very frustrated with the check-in process. When we arrived, the keys in the lockbox were incorrect, even though we followed the instructions exactly. We had to repeatedly go up and down the stairs in 40°C weather while the host insisted we had the right keys. Eventually, he realized the keys in the lockbox were, in fact, the wrong ones and had to walk to a different lockbox at another location to retrieve the correct set. To make matters worse, there was construction underway to install a new entry door and fob system. Even the workers on site expressed frustration on our behalf after seeing the situation unfold. The entire check-in was unnecessarily stressful and could have been avoided with better organization. I had ask for some sort of compenstation for the current booking and the host was very unwillinging. It was a waste of my time and very frustrating.

How the host didn't understand how frustrating it was for me having to do this as a woman, and the weather was so hot, and we didn't get the right keys in the lockbox upon arriva;. This was the host's fault and no monetary compensation was given. Only a 10am to 12pm checkout even though my flight was 1:30 anyway so it the 12pm checkout didn't do anything for me.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est très propre, moderne, bien équipé et surtout très fonctionnel. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Paris, ce qui m’a permis de profiter facilement de la ville.
