Cozy Wildwood House - Great Location

The kitchen, living room, and dining room had a nice open concept. Which allowed us to all be together while doing different activities. Proximity to the board walk and restaurants was nice. There was a shed outside equipped with bicycles beach chairs etc. Washer and dryer available. Private driveway. The stocked kitchen also came with grilling tools which we used to make an awesome meal. The owner was nice and responsive.

The issues we had were mostly small issues but numerous. Smoke detector low battery beeping at 2am. Freezers ice machine didn't work, Prickly plant throughout the yard that stuck to my child and dog basically makes the fenced in yard useless. Low water pressure, no Tv in Master bedroom. The biggest let down was the view. This place is sold as a "great location", which it is if you're strictly talking about proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants. What they don't say is West Roberts st. is not the nicest block in Wildwood. If a good view is important, this is not the spot for you. If you are a family with pets this is not the spot for you. All in all we had an amazing trip despite a few bumps. However, we probably wouldn't book it again next year. the place has potential but right now it came off as a quick flip to make money.
