RiverSide Apartments

The apartment is new and very comfortable.

We had an issue with the payment. The payment method involves leaving the cash in a safe. The problem was that we didn't have the exact amount, so we asked the host to come by so we could pay him in person. The host told us to leave the money, saying someone would come later that day to collect it and leave the change in the safe. The next morning, when we were ready to leave, we saw that no one had collected the money or left the change. We tried contacting the host but couldn't reach him for about 30 minutes; in the meantime, we went looking for a exchange office so we could leave the exact amount. All in all, we had to delay our departure that morning because of this issue. This could easily be avoided by allowing payment to be made electronically via Booking. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped.
