Over the Rainbow Suites

We loved the cleanliness, however the floors needed swept and there was nothing to sweep with. The bathroom was clean. Loved that they have an extra sink outside the bathroom. It was cozy and cute. I am also thankful it smelled fresh and not crazy with chemicals. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning works very well in the 100° heat. Loved the location being right down town Eureka Springs. It was very quiet for sleeping. We walked everywhere. I would stay there again.

We reserved for 6 people and only had 5 bath towels. I am glad we did not use the hot tub because we would not have had towels for that. The hot tub is not convenient if you have children because you have to walk down a flight of stairs, walk to the back, and then up some stairs on a small platform. We were busy so we did not use it anyway. The description says it has 3 queen beds but it only has 2 queens and a twin with a trundle. That ended up working out for us too, but one of our kids had to sleep without a blanket because the trundle only had a sheet. He got quite cold. The parking is very tight and up a crazy hill. I am glad my husband was driving. There is a weird statue with a doll head on it when you pull up, kinda creepy. It would be nice if there was some way to sweep the floors and if there was hot tub towels and a couple of extra blankets.

A little walk right to downtown

Property management was very unprofessional
