The room and the mattress were clean. The electric kettle kept in the room was not cleaned after being used by the previous guests

Our stay at Nizel Inn Homestay was absolutely wonderful. The host Mr Sudip was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. The food cooked by Ms. Prabha was incredibly delicious with authentic flavors. Both the room and toilet were spotless and impeccably maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and memorable stay in Darjeeling without having dent on the pocket.
Though my experience was overwhelmingly positive, minor suggestions that can further improve the experience: 1. Adding a few more options to the food menu, especially local Darjeeling specialties. 2. Providing a small information booklet with local sightseeing, transport, and restaurant recommendations. Though Mr. Sudip shared during conversation but still a small pamphlet would help.
