The elevator.
That my fridge was dirty and had a horrible smell as well and that the staff who I booked through named Bay Suites were horrible and didn’t accommodate anything for my comfort. Instead they made me stay in my room with a door that had malfunctions and when I asked for a room change the manager named Dave or David said I had to pay a $250 upcharge and I had only been in my room prior for no more than 8-10hrs after I reported my incident that day, which was I locked my room door before I left and returned back to my door open and all they did was send me a new code. Bookings.com handle the matter after they didn’t accommodate me and only settled with bookings.com giving me $11 as credit. The Bay Suites are horrible and lack the safety of the customers.
