RS Suites - The Crosby

Clean, well located, close access to supermarket and Target dept store.

The front desk was a tad disinterested in being any more helpful than Mimi ally expected. The resident front desk was much more helpful and receptive.

Excelente lugar

The elevator.

That my fridge was dirty and had a horrible smell as well and that the staff who I booked through named Bay Suites were horrible and didn’t accommodate anything for my comfort. Instead they made me stay in my room with a door that had malfunctions and when I asked for a room change the manager named Dave or David said I had to pay a $250 upcharge and I had only been in my room prior for no more than 8-10hrs after I reported my incident that day, which was I locked my room door before I left and returned back to my door open and all they did was send me a new code. Bookings.com handle the matter after they didn’t accommodate me and only settled with bookings.com giving me $11 as credit. The Bay Suites are horrible and lack the safety of the customers.
