It was convenient. It was clean and tidy. It was good for the couple of nights we stayed.
There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I know it's a minor complaint, but it was annoying.

We liked the beautiful view of the ocean and elevated position. It was a spacious apartment with a full kitchen, two bathrooms with easy access to the pool. The beds were comfortable and we loved the strong hot showers. The location to cafes, pubs, supermarket etc was very convenient. Communication with the agent was very easy.It was good value for money given the position.
The unit was an older style one that just needed a little TLC.( bin liners, fly spray etc) which we did mention. The garage door opener didn't work and some of the curtains needed a little attention. But overall, the accommodation was more than adequate for us.

Location was excellent with a partial view across to Great Kepple Island and a short distance by car to the beach and shops. Lock up car accomodation was also handy.
The unit appears quite dated and very tired looking. The screen doors do not run smoothly and occassionally came off their tracks. we also had a minor issue with ants.

The blind in the main bedroom fell down and I had trouble sleeping because of the light.
