Such a fantastic hidden gem! The location is wonderfully strategic—not too chaotic, yet just a 2-minute walk to Vista Alam for late-night mamak spots and 7-Eleven. The room completely blew budget-hotel expectations out of the water: impeccably clean, featuring a super handy 8-compartment rack instead of a bulky wardrobe, a working hair dryer, and a rare Smart TV with YouTube access! The bathroom was spotless, fragrant, and completely free of mold. Special shoutout to Mahbub at the front desk for being exceptionally friendly and professional. Plus, thoughtful touches like a shared water filter, an ironing board, and smooth dual access cards made the whole stay ultra-convenient.

Only a few minor quirks to keep in mind: the lifts are a bit on the small side (though thankfully never crowded), the mirror is only in the bathroom, and you need to shut the room door tightly so the alarm doesn't go off. The tap water was also a bit cloudy once on the morning of check-out (not sure if it was a SYABAS piping issue or the hotel's tank), but it wasn't a major issue. Lastly, it can be tricky to pin the exact location when ordering GrabFood, Foodpanda, or ShopeeFood. For anyone staying at this Swing & Pillows outlet having trouble, try setting your delivery drop-off to Pusat Perdagangan UMNO Shah Alam instead—it helps a lot! But even if delivery fails, walking over to the nearby mamak is super easy anyway.

Very very comfortable mattress and pillow. Room size can only fit 1 bed and a ruang to put your bag. For short overnight stay, ok la with the price rate. They provide water cooler and iron.

Don't use waze, use google map. Room quite small, cant even spare for praying. They provide jug for water, but no cup/mug.
