Super Comfort Express

I arrived at the Super comfort express in the later afternoon. Seeing all the mixed reviews had me a little interested in the amenities and comfortability ratings. I first walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Bob, Bob was extremely polite and helpful. He was outstandingly helpful in helping us with questions and any issue we had with the room. After getting to my room I was blown away with the size of the room considering the extremely awesome value of the hotel rate. Everything was very clean and simple, I looked out the window and to my surprise they had a pool room. Seeing nothing about it online kind of took me for a spin, I went and asked Bob about it and he showed me exactly where it was and grabbed us extra towels and the pool was pleasant and clean! Not ice cold either. After a night's sleep we were welcomed by a nice complimentary breakfast. Served by biscuits and gravy and waffles and other misc items being served. Check out was super easy and convenient. I will absolutely stay again at some point, This hotel has changed hands a few times it seems. And the bad reviews from 3-4-10 years ago are null and void compared to what it is modern day. Don't let the past of this hotel fool you, It truly changed for the better. 10/10- Staff 10/10-amenities 10/10- cleanliness. Thank you Again wonderful people of super comfort express!
