La.résidence que je connaissais déjà.
L'état de l'appartement. Mobilier cassé, sale, rideaux arrachés. Vaisselle sale. Mail envoyé avec photo au service client.du prestataire. Aucune réponse

Emplacement. Vue. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.
Literie plus qu'inconfortable. État effroyablement dégradé de la table sur le balcon. Procédures fastidieuses que je n'avais jamais rencontrées en passant par Booking. De fait une location de type Airbnb.
