We specifically chose this property because we wanted somewhere completely private for a surprise birthday trip, and it delivered on every front. From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own secluded sanctuary, incredibly cosy, warm, and relaxing. The highlight of the stay had to be the phenomenal on-site spa facilities, which made the entire trip feel like a luxury wellness retreat. The hosts also threw in some incredibly thoughtful touches, like having the BBQ completely set up and ready to go for us. The location in East Grinstead is fantastic and gave us easy access to the incredible Gravetye Manor nearby, which made the celebrations feel even more special.
Very minor - be great if there was a designated place to put the pool covers (this may be the case as we didn’t actually ask)
