A new, very clean wooden guesthouse offering an amazing location and view overlooking Mestia, yet very close to the center. It features a well-equipped and highly functional kitchen. There is a wonderful shower with gas heating and plenty of hot water, and the bedrooms are heated and very comfortable for sleeping. The host is very responsive and addresses any questions or issues that arise during the stay. We stayed for four nights; it offers excellent value for money.
The location is relatively steep, with narrow streets situated high up relative to the village; a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the vacation rental comfortably.

Amazing location, the view from the balcony was stunning. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. Very warm in the room upstairs and there are also board games to pass the time. We wish we had more time to spend there.
We had an amazing time thanks to Lasha. He was super helpful before we even arrived there, very responsive and helped us to get transportation from Kutaisi to Mestia and to book a tour in Mestia.
Nothing to add. Everything was perfect. Maybe it would be helpful to have a small curtain for the kitchen window as well.

Great new cottage, perfect peaceful location and view, very clean, very big and modern
Need a car to climb back from the village, we like it that way, but need to tell.
