L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement.
La climatisation est en bas du duplex seulement et n'arrive donc pas à rafraîchir la chambre à coucher à l'étage, où il fait très chaud l'été.

Self check-in, responsive and helpful host, good location very close to the center. The AC was very nice ! The washing machine was a life saver ! The space is well arranged and the room is very comfy.
No kettle, no microwave, no wifi.

Posizione ottima,tranquillità, silenzio,pace
La camera da letto è all ultimo piano (sotto tetto) e considerate le temperature (36 gradi) il condizionatore presente nel soggiorno non è bastato per areare camera
Abbiamo usufruito del divano presente in soggiorno con aria condizionata e dormito bene.
Consiglio aria anche in camera.
Per il resto l appartamento è delizioso.
Per accedere allo stesso varrebbe la pena scrivere però che vi sono un po di scalini da fare.
