Apartamentul este foarte curat, spațios si confortabil. Aerele condiționate sunt in fiecare cameră. Bucătăria este full utilata cu multa vesela pentru minim 6 persoane. Am gasit chiar si condimente si paste pentru gătit. Gazda a comunicat extrem de eficient si ne-a răspuns tuturor întrebărilor. Locul de parcare sigur in curtea imobilului este un plus pentru această cazare. Piscina comuna este foarte utila mai ales daca esti putin leneș si nu ai chef de plaja la malul marii. Plaja publică este la 5 minute de mers pe jos, adică foarte aproape. Iar la 7 minute de mers pe jos incepe Promenada din Balcic. De asemenea foarte aproape de Castelul din Balcic si de Gradina Botanica. Dar si de magazine si supermarketuri. Aceasta cazare ne-a depășit așteptările. Multumim gazdei noastre. Sigur vom reveni.

The apartment is located on a small, hilly street, couple minutes away from Balchik center and beach. For us the location was excellent.
The apartment was nice and pretty comfortable.
Each bedroom had an air conditioning which was very helpful in hot weather.
The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking meals together.
The building itself is a collection of apartments but there is no reception or staff to ask questions or help if you have an issue.
During our stay many apartments were still renovated / unoccupied, so we assume it can get crowdy in the peak of the season.
Nit-picking: the quality of renovations in Bulgaria seems below EU standards - there are some small shortcomings here and there (not tightened door knob or electrical outlet) but nothing that really affected our stay.
