The condo unit was just as pictured. It was very clean. The A/C worked well, which was a good respite from the daily Cebu heat. The kitchen had a good assortment of cooking pots/pans, appliances, utensils, and cutlery. The bed had a foam mattress similar to what I have back home.
Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend..
Regarding location, just be aware that it is a 10+ min walk to any major grocery/supermarket/convenience stores. There is a retail plaza attached to the complex that has a laundry place, bakery, restaurant, and a hardware store. Hopefully a convenience store will eventually open up in the plaza
There were no issues obtaining both Grab car and scooter taxis.
Not much to dislike. The owners are planning to install a hot water heater to address this problem.
