Сучасний ремонт, дуже класна ванна кімната, багато місця. Хазяїн квартири дуже приємна людина. Все показав, розказав та після відпочинку цікавився чи все сподобалось)

Месторасположение супер: большой выбор пляжей на любой вкус в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы — есть как тихие, спокойные уголки, так и людные места для тусовок. Куча кафешек, ресторанов и прочих развлекательных заведений. В самой квартире есть всё вплоть до мелочей для комфортного проживания. Огромное преимущество — автономность здания. Даже во время городских отключений из-за обстрелов в доме круглые сутки были свет и вода. Есть подземный паркинг, куда во время тревог можно спуститься, хотя район тихий — отдалённые взрывы были слышны лишь где-то вдалеке. Замечательное место. Хозяева вежливые и ненавязчивые. Рекомендую!
Вид из окна упирается в соседний корпус, но в нынешних условиях такая планировка только к лучшему: окно не «голе», со всех сторон есть хорошая преграда и защита.
