Local agradável, seguro, com ótima localização e com limpeza impecável. Tem talheres , copos, pratos e microondas. Próximo ao shopping Iguatemi ( você vai a pé). Próximo de restaurantes, de supermercados, farmácias. Tem estacionamento, o que é ótimo, mas o Uber também atende bem. Ótimo custo benefício. O Gustavo é atencioso e se pôs à disposição.
No apartamento faltou amenities, como shampoo e condicionador no banheiro ( só tinha sabonete líquido), mas pelo custo total compensa você comprar ou levar.

Confortável, aconchegante, camas macias, roupa de cama, ap e o prédio tinham um cheiro de casa e de limpeza.
Poderia ter mais um espelho de corpo inteiro e um fogão elétrico pequeno seria bem útil tbm
