Milano Dune - Realnova

Our stay at Milano Dune was perfect. The apartment was cozy, spotless, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. A big plus goes to the beautifully maintained garden and swimming pool. The beach was just a pleasant 7-minute walk away. Mattia was kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back next year! Pavlina

Sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 500 m vom Strand und Supermarkt, bzw. Piazza Milano entfernt . Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir sind jeden Tag mit unseren Kindern in den schönen Pool gegangen. Auto konnte direkt an der Unterkunft geparkt werden und für die Fahrräder war viel Platz im Garten. Die Fahrräder konnten wir überdacht parken. Auch besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter . Als etwas in der Küche fehlte, wurde es sehr kurzfristig und sehr freundlich ergänzt. Absolut top und zu empfehlen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

* We were very satisfied with our stay. * We really liked the complex because it was spacious, well maintained, and peaceful. * The apartment had two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our family with two children. * The air conditioning worked very well and made our stay comfortable, even on hot days. * Having a private parking space was very convenient. * The private swimming pool for residents was excellent – it was clean, quiet, and also suitable for children. * The location was great, with shops, restaurants, and the lake all within easy reach. * We would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially for families with children, and would be happy to stay here again.

Minor points for improvement: * The apartment did not have a Wi-Fi router during our stay. However, the property manager assured us that Wi-Fi will be installed in the very near future. * Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, but this was only a minor issue and did not affect our stay. The property manager also informed us that some improvements and replacements are planned soon.
