La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Elle est bien équipée: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, plaque à induction, four, micro-ondes, frigidaire, hotte, etc... Le parking est sur la propriété. Coffre à clés pour une arrivée autonome. Bon WIFI. On est à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Akalla en liaison direct avec le centre de Stockholm.
Nous avons de gros doutes sur la propreté des draps et serviettes...Les lits étaient en partis défaits à notre arrivée...La propreté et l'entretien de l'ensemble semblent négligés... Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas (déjà signalé par un autre voyageur en juin), la bouilloire fuit (déjà signalé par un autre voyageur en juin), le pommeau de douche est cassé (plus de grille sur le diffuseur), éclairage défectueux à plusieurs endroits (séjour, cuisine, SdB...). Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine pour quatre personnes notamment petites cuillères (2 !), cuillères (1 !)...
