De ligging tegenover Teatro Verdi en 5 minuten lopen van het strand en de historische binnenstad. Het privé dakterras is heerlijk om te ontbijten en vertoeven. Emilia was erg behulpzaam.
Het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping en er is geen lift. Het zijn even wat trappen lopen, maar het loont zich. De douche is wat aan de kleine kant, maar te doen.
