La posizione dell'appartamento è davvero strategica e centralissima: vicina a tutto, dai supermercati ai locali della movida, rendendo ogni spostamento a piedi comodissimo. Un grande valore aggiunto, specialmente a Rapallo, è la presenza del posto auto interno. L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, ideale per soggiornare in totale comfort.
L'unica vera pecca, purtroppo importante, riguarda la pulizia. All’arrivo abbiamo lasciato mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo a camminare scalzo pensando che i pavimenti fossero puliti, ma ci siamo subito accorti che aveva i piedi completamente neri. Con una maggiore cura della pulizia profonda dei pavimenti, la struttura sarebbe da 10.
