This beautiful property is run and owned by a family who take a lot of pride and care for their villa and service. It’s a brand new villa with a large pool and 3 spacious bedrooms plus a 4th smaller bedroom. The 3 larger bedrooms come with beautiful ensuites and the 4th room shares a family bathroom off the living area. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the villa. It was an easy walk to the Main Street and cafes / restaurants and to the beach. The communication was instant and easy. They were very accomodating and lovely to deal with. We would happily stay here again

My husband found 3/4 beds a bit too firm so slept in the 4th room where it was a bit softer. However I and my family found the beds very comfortable.

Our stay was perfect from the start to the finish. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The villa is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. The owners and builders have put a great deal of thought into the design and build of the 1 year old villa with all the amenities and small touches you could hope for such as A/C and fans in each space. Coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. As well as very comfortable furniture inside and out. The communal spaces are very well designed for a family or group. The pool is large and a beautiful space to relax the hot afternoons away with shaded and sunny spots either side. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms have a luxury hotel feel, with large beds, beautiful linen and pillows, block out curtains, beautiful art and homely touches along with privacy and comfort considered at each point. The location is perfect. close to all the action yet lovely and peaceful at the villa with beautiful sunbirds in the trees and fish in the ponds. Famous Warungs, tailor, laundry, bike and car rental right outside your door. A few minutes walk to the main street along a sealed and paved path is the main street with Arta Sedana supermarket. The beach is another few minutes walk from there. The main street has a paved footpath for pedestrians only and has everything including spas, restaurants boutiques and local shopping. The beach path is also paved and travels in both directions for approx 4km each way. Also having beautiful restaurants, spas, resorts and Warungs. Icon mall is a 20min easy shoddy walk along the beach or main road. There is a shuttle that travels up and down the main street. We will definitely be back to the villa again as everything was perfect inside the villa and in our local neighbourhood. Thank you so much to our hosts for providing such a great holiday destination

We liked everything about the property

De villa was een van de beste waar we tijdens onze vakantie op Bali hebben verbleven. Alles was prachtig ingericht en de gastheer was ontzettend behulpzaam. Voor de kinderen was er ook veel te doen, zoals een piano, een leuke golfgame en een fitnessruimte. De gastheer zag dat we met jonge kinderen reisden en bracht zelfs een PS5 voor onze jongens, zodat ze ’s avonds konden spelen. De villa ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen van Jalan Danau Tamblingan. Binnen 100 tot 200 meter vind je al verschillende restaurants en een minimarkt. Wij raden deze villa absoluut aan!

Alles was perfect

Amazing villa. Quality design. Spacious. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to restaurants, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Warm and friendly host and staff.

Minor detail, but would have expected the quality of cleaning and tidying to be a touch more professional for this quality of villa.
