Having shampoo, conditioner asnd body wash there was great
there was instructions to strip the bed and place sheets etc, into hamper when done. I did so and there was many pee stains on the mattress. I suggest they purchase a 'little green machine' wet vacuum and cleaner. We have one to clean messs made on beds and rugs by our dogs and they work amazing, and are not very expensive.
