The room was decent, clean, and reasonably comfortable. The property has good potential, and the location was convenient for our trip to Mukteshwar.
Despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation, we were initially told that our booking was not available and accommodation was arranged only after a lengthy discussion. I paid ₹5,300 for a Family Room advertised with two double beds, but we were provided with only one room and a single bed arrangement. There was no water available in the morning, and the breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was included, three guests were initially served only three parathas, with additional food provided only after repeated requests. Overall, the management and guest service were far below expectations.
