Galini Apartments II

This place is a gem! Me and my wife stayed on the island for two weeks and this was our layover night between Sitia and Chania not to drive nearly five hours on the day of the flight! We chose Galini apartments, and as soon as we checked in we totally regretted not staying there longer! It was ridiculously good!!! I mean just look at my photos! The accommodation is even better than their uploaded pictures! It is so spacious, everything is brand new, perfect balcony size and view is amazing, it had everything you wish for on a holiday! Perfect bed, pillows and linen, new immaculate bathroom, AC, kitchenette with a fair sized fridge, i don’t even remember if there was a TV but who needs it on holiday lol🤣 I could stare out the window or balcony all night! The sound of the waves through the window is so calming at night! The host is a great guy who goes above and beyond to make your stay better! He met us late at night but still showed us around the flat and offered complimentary Raki and Olive oil which we liked so much that we bought some to take with us back home! Totally recommend the olive oil!!! it’s not like all that commercial stuff you buy on the market around the island, it is proper homemade oil, olives harvested by the host’s family! There is multiple spaces for parking either on street or in a private parking lot! Supermarket 2 minutes up the hill and perfect beach 2 minutes down the hill! The town is touristy but calmer than all the other places we stayed at! No noise at night! We totally recommend staying here for exploring mid Crete or just stay in Bali for a longer beach experience! Thank you Ioannis! Hope to come back some day:)
