House "Mikac", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Županje 12 km from the centre of Malinska, 3 km from the centre of Šilo, 13 km from the centre of Vrbnik, 3.1 km from the sea, 3.1 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 16 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.

Die Bilder sind etwas gestreckt in Wirklichkeit ist das Objekt etwas kleiner, aber ansonsten alles sehr gut, freundliche Vermieter, sehr ruhige Lage, nur zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und Garten sehr schön. Es gibt auch allerlei Küchengeräte die nützlich sind. Ein grosser Grill steht im Garten, ein großer Tisch und ein kleinerer auf der Veranda. Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank/Kühlschrank im externen Aussenbereich sind Luxus. Auch eine Dusche mit WC und Waschbecken im Pool Garten ist gold wert. Einzig die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind überschätzt in der Anzeige! Die Betten, bis auf das Elternzimmer, sind für "Deutsche Ansprüche" klein.

Für 3Paare das ideale Objekt. Vom eigentlichen Urlaubstrubel entfernt und doch mittendrin. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und das Higlight des Objektes. Toll ist auch die neue Terrasse M Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und umsorgen ihre Gäste sehr liebevoll. Gern kommen wir wieder. Reisetipps: Sehenswert ist der Sonnenuntergang von Dobrinj aus.
