Welcome to The Juniper, a freshly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage nestled in North Loop, one of Austin`s most beloved and walkable neighborhoods. Whether you`re here for a long weekend, a work trip, or an extended stay, The Juniper offers the comfort and privacy of a standalone home with everything Austin has to offer right outside your door.
THE HOME
Spanning approximately 800 sq ft, The Juniper has been thoughtfully renovated throughout. The home is one half of a duplex, but the only shared wall is in the garage — all living spaces are completely private, and the home lives entirely like a standalone house.
Both bedrooms are designed for genuine rest, with medium memory foam mattresses and plush toppers on every bed:
Primary bedroom — king bed, 55` smart TV
Second bedroom — queen bed, 50` smart TV
The living room is anchored by a 65` 4K smart TV with YouTube TV included, and the full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer mean you`ll never feel like you`re roughing it.
OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES
The private backyard is built for unwinding. After a day of exploring Austin, there`s nothing quite like soaking in the hot tub. The outdoor space is yours alone — no shared amenities, no neighbors overhead.
