In detail:

Spacious new duplex apartment of 70 m2 facing south

The apartment is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and has a spacious and very pleasant living room.

It has 2 bathrooms (one on each level).
The kitchen is fully equipped and many additional equipment are at your disposal (raclette and stone machine, fondue set, crepe maker).
For TV evenings, a TV is installed in the living room and another in the small lounge area upstairs.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator of a new residence with neat finishes dating from 2020.

It is organized in duplex:

On the 1st level of the apartment:
- a large living room (entrance, fitted kitchen, living room with 2-seater sofa bed, dining room)
- A terrace with an unobstructed view of the slopes and the surrounding mountain ranges
- a shower room with toilet and equipped with a washer/dryer
On the 2nd level:
- a bedroom with a 140-bed bed (140)
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 2 single beds
- a living room / TV area with a 1-seater armchair bed
- an equipped bathroom a bathtub and a toilet

The entire apartment is heated by the floor.

A private ski room is also available in the basement as well as an outdoor parking lot.

Bed linen and bath towels are not provided.
