Cozy panoramic apartment for rent in the Dolomites, located in Cernadoi (Livinallongo del Col di Lana), in a strategic spot between Arabba, Corvara, and Cortina d'Ampezzo, just minutes from Passo Falzarego. Perfect for mountain holidays: skiing in winter, hiking and relaxing in summer.
The apartment is on the raised first floor of a detached house in a quiet, sunny area with stunning panoramic views. Access is via a staircase (no elevator). It features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with TVs and bed linen, suitable for families or small groups.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, towels, and hairdryer. The living area offers a comfortable lounge with sofa, dining table, TV, and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and all essentials for self-catering.
There’s also a washing machine, drying rack, and cleaning products. Guests have access to private outdoor parking and a ski storage room. Pets are welcome on request for an extra charge.
Main services like restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bars, grocery, tobacconist, post office, and ATM are about 5 km away. Arabba, with ski lifts, ski rental, skipass, and Dolomiti Superski connection, is 12 km away.
In winter, enjoy skiing between Arabba, Passo Falzarego, and Sellaronda. In summer and autumn, set out for hikes to Col di Lana, Monte di Andraz, Monte Castello, and Val Parola. The nearby village of Castello offers authentic mountain walks.
