About this house rental
Wake up each morning with your family in this luxurious, spacious home with elegant, comfortable furnishings in a gated community. Enjoy an afternoon lying next to your private pool and jacuzzi in the beautiful desert sun. Go for a hike on one of the many trails nearby to see local flora and fauna. Catch the Major League Baseball spring training or go golfing nearby. This home is yours to relax and explore Scottsdale for a minimum of one month; you won't want to leave!
Your desert retreat will include:
• A spacious main house plus a private casita guest house for you and your family or friends.
• The master suite overlooks the pool and sunny skies with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and full ensuite bathroom.
• The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and large closet.
• The third bedroom features a bunk-bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top, perfect for kids. A crib for infants is also available.
• The fourth bedroom is in the private casita off the inner courtyard, featuring a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and full ensuite bathroom.
• A well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and full cooking supplies next to an elegant dining area complete with a fireplace.
• Beautiful hardwood and tiled floors throughout.
• Control the indoor temperature to your liking, with central heat in the winter and A/C in the summer.
• 60" flat screen TV, blu-ray player, and surround sound system in the comfortable living area.
• Wireless, high-speed internet throughout.
Step outside to enjoy:
• Relaxing in the south-facing backyard with a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of lounging chairs, a dining table, full sunshine during the day, and beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets.
• Dipping in the lagoon-like pool with waterfalls and an adjacent jacuzzi. (A child safety fence is available upon request.)
• Play ping-pong in the shaded courtyard.
• Go for a bike ride with one of the bicycles stored in the three-car garage, free for you to use.
• Feel secure with security guards monitoring the community entrance and electronic gates ensuring pre-authorized entry only.
Take advantage of exclusive access to the community clubhouse, including:
• A fully-equipped, recently renovated gym.
• A huge, heated pool with lap lanes for exercise and a large shallow area that is ideal for children.
• A hot tub and steam room.
• Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts.
• Pilates classes, massages, and other ad hoc offerings available for a fee (information is on the bulletin board in the clubhouse).
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
- One-month minimum to comply with HOA guidelines.
- **Strict no-pets policy. No exceptions.
- **Utilities are extra and will be billed after your stay. These typically range $200-1,000 per month depending on the time of year and how often you heat the pool, use A/C, etc.
We do not rent out our home often (typically 0-1 times per year) as it is a family vacation home, not a business rental. We care very much about keeping it a clean, comfortable oasis! That said, we are happy to welcome wonderful guests on occasion. Please send us an inquiry with your preferred dates, number of guests, and a bit about yourself.
