Additional Details
To preserve the calm and quality of the space:
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No parties or events
Quiet hours observed after 9pm
Owner resides discreetly in a separate rear dwelling
Steep driveway - reversing required when exiting
Shared driveway access applies when entering via the main entrance
Refundable bond may be required
The owner lives in a seperate dwelling at the back of the property
There is a small back area that is fenced but the front area is not fenced.

We take the safety of guests and also our neighbours very seriously and ask that you please follow all these House Rules.
IMPORTANT THINGS FOR GUESTS TO ADHERE TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALLPLATFORMS
- Every guest is responsible to abide by the noise restrictions and no party policy.
- There is to be no one on the outside balcony after 9pm at night. All doors closed and lights turned off outside.
- No loud music to be played, no screaming or yelling to disturb neighbours.
- There are to be no more people than what is booked and confirmed and no guests are permitted at any time during your stay.
- These rules apply to every guest included in the booking, not just the booker.
- It is the responsibility of the primary booker to inform all guests of these policies.
We appreciate your assistance with following all the house rules.
The owner lives in the property in a seperate dwelling you will not be disturbed.
One security camera on the side of the back garage of the owners property just views the driveway.
