Welcome to Morrissey Cottage. Arrive via the driveway with ample off-street parking (plus additional space on the nature strip), and step into a warm and inviting three-bedroom home designed for easy living. Start your mornings on the charming front verandah, coffee in hand, overlooking the beautifully maintained garden as you watch the gentle rhythm of life in Warrnambool unfold.
At the front of the home, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and private ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
Further inside, the main living area invites you to unwind with a relaxed L-shaped sofa, perfectly suited for cosy nights in. A large-screen TV sets the scene for movie evenings, while two oversized bean bags make it a hit with younger guests. Just off the living room, an enclosed sunroom provides an extra space to relax or have some fun, complete with seating and a table tennis table.
The spacious main bathroom features both a full-sized bath and a large walk-in shower, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, full-sized fridge, and washing machine. A large pantry offers plenty of storage, while the dining table comfortably seats six. A cosy second sitting area with a two-seater sofa creates an additional spot to relax.
Step outside to the private garden and entertaining area, where you’ll find a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a firepit (BYO wood).
