Ferienhaus Timm is situated on a slight hill; four steps lead up to the front door. All rooms are on one level, making the house particularly practical and cozy. From the hallway, you can access the bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bright living area with a comfortable sitting area and dining table. From the living area, a door leads directly into the first bedroom with a double bed and access to its own private, secluded terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The second bedroom, ideal for a third person, is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The terrace, which belongs to the house and is situated in a beautiful garden, is a wonderful little oasis of peace and relaxation. A covered bike rack is located right next to the house, and a public parking lot is just a few minutes’ walk away. Of course, you’re welcome to drive right up to the house upon arrival and departure.
