This condo is a gem! Very spacious (1140 sq ft) with vaulted ceilings on the top floor and a sunken living room. The well-stocked kitchen has an open concept with an island and 4 bar stools. It has been recently updated with new countertops, sinks, and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided. For entertainment, we have an armoire with books for kids and adults, as well as some games and cable TV in both bedrooms and in the living room. The SMART TV in the living room has all your favorite TV apps to stream your shows (with your own login). There is a washer and dryer, and laundry soap is provided.

Our favorite part of the building is the pool area with the unobstructed views of Whistler/Blackcomb, a rarity in Whistler, and 2 BBQs for grilling your favorite meals.

This is a family-friendly building with residents who live here full-time. This is not an appropriate listing for guests looking for a party weekend.

There is an access code given to guests for their stay.

Next to bike and walking trails, overlooking the golf-course, short walk to Lakeside Park at Alta Lake. Right next to transit for access to village. 15-minute walk to village along trails.

Free bike storage and parking provided. No street parking during winter months.
Easy walkability/biking with trails, transit or drive.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
1) Download the `Whistle!` app for ride hailing services (it works like Uber or Lift).
2) There is also Whistler Taxi, Download their App.
3) There is also local transportation with BC Transit . The bus route # for our building is #6 Blueberry/Tapley`s Farm. There is a stop right outside the building.

Parking is free! There are no assigned spots. Height restriction is 6`8, and there are 3 over-height spots available which are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note there is NO STREET PARKING during the winter months due to snow accumulation, so please make sure the height restriction works for your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE:
The highway leading to Whistler requires winter tires or M+S tires from October to March.

Before booking, kindly note our house rules:

• Minimum booking age: 25
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• Maximum 6 guests
• No smoking anywhere in the complex or on the balcony
• Noise or Strata complaints may result in a $750 penalty

Same-day bookings: check-in may be as late as 6 PM.

Our cleaning services require a Mid-Stay Clean for all guest stays of +10 days or longer. The mid-stay cleaning will be at no extra charge.

• Please respect building quite hours after 10 pm as well as pool/hot tub hours (noise violation fine is $205). After 10 pm, please keep it indoors. If you are outside on the deck, please keep it quiet or keep the door shut if you are inside.
• NOTE: Any violation of house rules could result in an immediate fine deducted from the security deposit

*Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.
*Pets are not allowed inside the unit due to allergies and respiratory problems of owners and guests.
*Smoking is prohibited in the units and on balconies
and all shared spaces. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if the policies are
found to have been violated.
