About this house rental
Wake up in the trees and by the creek, across the street from UT Law. This renovated 1-bedroom treehouse-style suite sits below the main house under a mature tree canopy, next to Eastwoods Park. Walk about 12 minutes to the Moody Center and DKR Stadium. Inside: a queen bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a rain-head walk-in shower, a new full kitchen, a desk and 500 Mbps Wi-Fi. Shared backyard with fire pit. Free parking for 1 car.

The space
THE TREE CANOPY SETTING
The suite sits below the main house at the back of a historic property, surrounded by mature trees. Windows look straight into the canopy, so it feels tucked away even though campus is across the street.
NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOM
Walk-in shower with rain head and handheld sprayer, floor-to-ceiling tile and glass enclosure. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
BEDROOM
Queen bed with upholstered headboard, blackout curtains, mounted TV, luggage bench and a desk with a window view. Sleeps 2.
LIVING ROOM
Sofa, TV and tree views.
KITCHEN
Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes.
WORK & LAUNDRY
Dedicated desk, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer.
BACKYARD (SHARED)
Picnic table under string lights and a fire pit under the trees, shared with the upstairs unit.
PARKING
1 free parking spot in front of the property. Rare this close to campus, and it saves game-day parking fees.
PETS
Pets welcome with a $65 pet fee.
Guest access
The whole suite is yours, with a private entrance and self check-in. Arrival: go through the gate at 712 E Dean Keeton St, then down 5 exterior steps to Unit B. We send a photo guide with your check-in code. The backyard and fire pit are shared with the upstairs unit.
Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, a short rental agreement is required after booking. A $300 security hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.
No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged and reported to platform if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.
Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet? Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.
