This tiny home with a huge fenced yard features a music studio (TAMA drums, Ibanez guitar, Fender amp), small home gym, relaxing front deck swing, and comfortable living space. Pet friendly. Bus stop right by the house. Enjoy a unique creative stay with vintage Austin charm! NO PET FEE! All critters welcome.
This cozy 1935 Austin bungalow includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, music studio area, and a small home gym.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with built-in charging outlets in the frame. There's also a Twin Size fold-out memory foam mattress available in the closet.
The home also features a large fenced backyard, a relaxing front deck with swing chair, and multiple outdoor seating areas.
Guests also enjoy access to a music space with a TAMA drum kit, Ibanez electric guitar, and Fender amplifier, as well as workout equipment including a pull-up/dip station, inversion table, dumbbells, kettlebells, and yoga mat.
Guests have full access to the home including:
