Haus Rollin is located in the hamlet "Winkelmatten" about 15 minutes away from the centre of Zermatt and a bus stop a short stroll away. The studio is on the 2nd floor with amazing Matterhorn views. A great location for summer and winter experiences in and around the mountains of Zermatt.
The Studio is lovingly renovated with a modern design (26 m2/max 2 pers.) 1 murphy bed with double mattress which turns into a sofa when putting the bed away, from the dining table at the window you have a great view of the Matterhorn. Separate fully equipped kitchen (Incl. Nespresso machine, cheese fondue-set, electric kettle). The separate bathroom has a rain shower, WC and hairdryer. Free WIFI, Smart TV and furnished balcony with Matterhorn and other mountain views.
Additional amenities include: kitchen utilities provided, flat-screen TV, cot on request, elevator and shared ski room in the building.
The nearest lift (Matterhorn Glacier Express) is a 9 minute walk away from Haus Rollin and the centre 750 meters. There is a bus stop close to your studio, it will bring you to the lift within 5 minutes and 10 minutes to the centre. You will find 2 restaurants in close by where you can taste the local cuisine.
