Kick off your shoes and settle into beach mode. This cozy studio sits just steps from the shoreline, with fire pit seating, Adirondack chairs, and bay views for slow mornings and sunset evenings. Inside, enjoy a clean, comfortable space with a full kitchen, private entrance, and a sofa-bed with memory foam mattress (4`H x 60`W x 70`D - a short queen). Pet friendly and set up for a relaxed Birch Bay stay, just steps from the beach and boardwalk.
The open layout combines sleeping, living, and kitchen space into one efficient, inviting area ideal for solo travelers or couples.

Mostly second homes and vacation spots with a mix of full-time residents, plenty of nearby restaurants, and even a `5 Star Dive Bar` called The Beach. Lively in the warm months, quieter in the cooler ones.
Please note: this home shares a lot with a full-time tenant, so we ask guests to be respectful of noise and privacy.
