Parties, events, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and neighbouring residents at all times.

Pets are not permitted.

★ Damages & Linen Care
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay. Broken items, damaged furnishings, or linen and towels stained beyond recovery will be charged at replacement value, ranging from R200 to R4,000 depending on the item.

Please note that where glasses, utensils, or matching household sets are damaged, the replacement of the full set may be required and charged accordingly.
